  Q: How long does delivery take?
  A: We stock all products in our own warehouse, and within the USA and Canada, delivery usually takes 5-7 business days by standard ground UPS. Rush shipping and overnight shipping is available if you just can't wait. For rate quotes on air shipping, please call us at 1-800-839-4536.

  Q: I just placed an order, but the charge hasn't shown up on my credit card yet! Is everything OK?
  A: Depending on your issuing bank, it may take 24 to 48hrs for the charge to be posted to your account. Rest assured, we're taking care of your order. But if you're really concerned, or if more than 48hrs has passed, please call us at 1-800-839-4536 and one of our agents will investigate the problem for you.

  Q: What about product guarantees?
  A: All new products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects. Any defective new products can be returned to our warehouse for replacement or repair at our descretion. We also accept returns on products returned to us in "like-new" condition within 30 days or purchase, however products returned (defective or not) for a refund are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

We understand that not everyone is comfortable ordering with their credit card over the internet. No problem!   Q: What about the warranty on used JDM engines?
  A: All our JDM Engines are compression tested before removal from their donor vehicle, and again before they leave out warehouse to ensure the highest level of quality to our customers. In addition, they come with a 60 day warranty against internal defect from time of purchase. All JDM Engines are sold for off-road use only, and are not legal for use on public highways.

Prices do not included shipping and handling. Some items listed are not legal for use on public highways. Please check with local authorities before placing your order. All engines are removed from running vehicles, and are guaranteed for 60 days against internal damage unless otherwise specified on the bill of sale. This guarantee covers only internal engine components, and does NOT include external accessories including but not limited to electrical components, sensors, alternators, pumps, pulleys, belts, wiring, mounts, distributor components, gaskets, or any plastic trim pieces. Special order engines come AS-IS and come with no warranty expressed or implied. In the case of internal damage, Street Imports Ltd will repair or replace at our option, any part found to be the cause of the internal damage. Any labor for installation or removal of any defective part is not included in this warranty. Any consumable parts required to install such replacement parts (such as fluids, belts, gaskets or seals) are the customers responsibility and are not considered replacement parts or included under any warranty. It is the customer's responsibility for all freight fees or charges for the return on defective items, and no replacement parts will be sent until our staff have inspected and verified the returned defective item in question. Any engine or parts that are found to have been overheated or show any signs of damage due to improper installation procedures, or signs of the us of aftermarket forced induction systems (non-factory turbo or supercharger systems) or Nitrous Oxide will not be covered by this warranty. Engines and transmissions must be installed by a certified class A mechanic in order to claim warranty coverage. Transmissions, whether sold with engine or separately, are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied.
